* change oil and filter, clean magnetic drain plug * inspect & top off transmission lubricant * inspect fuel valve, lines and fittings for leaks * tighten battery connections, check electrolyte on wet cells * check lighting & horn for proper operation * inspect rear belt (adjustment extra) * inspect tires, tread depth & adjust pressure * inspect brake pads and disc for wear * check & adjust operation of throttle and enricher * test battery voltage & charging system output * inspect air cleaner, service as needed * change primary chain case fluid, clean magnetic drain plug * change transmission lubricant, clean magnetic drain plug * check and adjust primary drive chain * clean tappet screen on evolution big twins * check and adjust clutch & clutch cable freeplay * replace spark plugs * check engine stabilizers and mounts * check and adjust rear belt * inspect oil and brake lines and fittings for leaks * check ignition timing and vacuum hose - carbed evo only * check engine idle speed and adjust as necessary * lubricate the following: front brake lever,throttle & cables, speedometer cable, clutch control cable and lever, jiffy stand * check wheels, tighten spokes if needed * check front fork bearing adjustment * check shock absorbers * check brake fluid level and condition * road test
