| | We understand that you want to get the best price when buying a motorcycle, but you must ask yourself the following questions when you're price shopping:
1. Are you paying MSRP plus freight and set up for your motorcycle? Beware that many dealerships will price their motorcycles substantially OVER MSRP. 2. Is the dealership offering you a discount on parts & accessories when you purchase a bike? Many dealerships will mark their motorcycles up, charge hidden finance fees & have higher interest rates to make up for the discount they're giving you on parts. Did you know if a dealer gives you a 10% discount on parts and their motorcycles are priced as little as $300 more than Fargo H-D's bikes are, you would have to spend $3,000 in accessories to just break even on the motorcycle price difference. 3. Does the dealership you're looking at finance solely through H-D Financial or through local banks also? While financing through Harley-Davidson is an excellent choice, many times local banks will offer lower rates to dealerships that have relationships with them. Fargo Harley-Davidson can offer the most competitive finance rates and can save customers thousands of dollars by offering this option to customers. Does the dealership you're price shopping with do the same?
